The Clintons’ Names May Soon Be Removed From The Little Rock Airport

The Clintons made our everyday life look like a thriller or maybe even a soap opera. We remember Bill’s “incidents” with all those women and Hillary’s failing attempts to get inside the Oval Office. Let’s not forget her criminal activities, and the huge private email server scandal. Now it seems like their legacy will be wiped away.

The Arkansas Senator Jason Rapert is doing an effort to wipe out the names of Bill and Hillary Clinton from the Little Rock airport. He introduced the bill on Thursday.

If the bill is passed, it will prohibit the naming of public buildings and civil works for anyone “living or who served in public office in the 10 years prior to the structure’s completion.”

Former president Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton aren’t mentioned in the bill, but its approval will announce the renaming procedure of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Sen. Rapert authored the legislation, and he revealed that this was the trigger that helped him introduce the bill.

“You have a president who was impeached for having an affair with an intern in the Oval Office and then disbarred,” Sen. Rapert revealed. He also added that the main reason for him to introduce the bill was the fact that “several Arkansans across the state,” expressed deep “discomfort” with the name of one of the busiest airports in this particular state.

Although Sen. Rapert said that his bill may not be passed in the state, he believes that this move will “prevent this sort of thing in the future.” He’s definitely right about that.

This was something we could see coming, but nobody ever thought that it will happen just a few months after Hillary’s loss.

What do you think about this bill? Will the renaming be approved?
